In 2013, Alana was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). She also suffers from coeliac disease, is allergic to tree nuts and was intolerant to dairy products for five years.

Like myself, Alana wanted to take control of her gut symptoms, so she started creating low FODMAP recipes before setting up her own digital health company to help others suffering from IBS.  As we’ve grown, we’ve reached out to other companies working in this unique space and we’ve enjoyed working with Alana Scott, founder of A Little Bit Yummy

Not only had she been through a similar journey with IBS, but she had also set up an amazing digital health company that supports people with gut issues like IBS through online courses, group dietitian-led classes, meal plans and of course delicious low FODMAP recipes!

Alana has created delicious dietitian approved recipes for us using our sauces which we feel will help people with gut issues feel more at ease when making yummy tummy friendly meals.
