Heart healthy Strawberries & Blueberries full of vitamin c, antioxidants, phytoflavinoids and potassium.
INGREDIENTS, (SERVES 2)
200ml Lacto free milk, (vegan alternative use almond milk)
2 Tsp Maple syrup
2 Ice cubes
Rinse the Strawberries and Blueberries
Cut the green leaf and core from the strawberry
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
Pour into a glass
