Raita Dip Recipe

INGREDIENTS, (SERVES 6)

120g cucumber

15g Fresh mint 

12g White wine vinegar

225g coconut yoghurt

40g  Slightly Different Foods Coriander & Lime  Salad Dressing

 

METHOD

Chop the cucumber into chunks and mix in a blender to form small chunks.

Chop the mint and mix in a blender to form small bits. 

In a blender mix the cucumber, coconut yoghurt, White wine vinegar and SDF Coriander & Lime dressing until smooth.

Transfer into a bowl and serve.
